If it is held up that the federal government can require us to buy health insurance, then they can make any requirement as to what to buy and even what not to buy. Just where in the Constitution is that argument feasible. The document is NOT one that grants powers to the government, but one that LIMITS them. So no, imo this law is unconstitutional. And it was a Bush thing, too. Do you know how TARP got to President Bush's desk? It went through Congress. As it went through the Senate, guess who voted in favor of it. Yep, it was Senator Barack Obama. And guess who voted in favor of it in both houses? That's right, it was the Democrats. Yes, there were a few Republicans in favor of it (John McCain included), and there were enough Democrats in the House (mostly known as the "Blue Dogs") who resisted it to defeat its first attempt at passage. In short, simply labeling it as a "Bush thing" is way too narrow thinking.

I'm not blaming the nexus for anything, but the attacks have always been attempted while on the Fallout site. Now if it's the ad netowrk's faukt, I still have a reason to stay away from the sites. It's not about hating on the admins here. It's protecting my computer from having to be reformatted again.

I have now been officially suckerpunched by the malware. :( I had to reformat the hard drive to get rid of it. Today while I was on tesnexus, My antivirus blocked yet another attempt by the malware to get to my comuter through your site. I don't want to actually stop coming here, but if this keeps up...

I did get them from GFWL and I can't seem to find the files anywhere. I have played them all, so it just doesn't make sense where the .esm's and .esp's for them went.

I have all of the DLCs and the only OA's .esm is shown in the list. The result: no mods that requires a .esm from the other DLCs will work. :blink: Is there a fix?

I was wondering if there would be a possibility of some sort of knightly order either founded on the island or coming to offer assistance in bringing it under control, if the Hero has enough fame, rank, etc. they could patrol the roads on horeback if there is more than one settlement, much like the Legion does.

Depending on the situation, you could also put up a wooden wall. instead of a stone one. However, using the walls already provided by the game would be a lot less resource intensive.

If you're worried about someone getting so much money at the beginning of a new game, just start this quest after a certain point. (e.g. the Main Quest) That would take care of anyone getting super-rich super-early.

I had an idea for a story posted on the forums, but no one seemed interested in it. After looking at the mod you want to create, I figured I could adapt the story to here: As Champion of CYrodiil, the members of the Elder Coucil become concerned over the possibility of your influnce in choosing the new emperor, or even becoming emporer by fomenting a popular uprising! In order to get you out of the way, despite High Chancellor Ocato's reassurances, to "reward" you the lordship of the island. The problem is, although the island is technically still part of the Empire, there hasn't been a ruler there in 200 years! As a, result the population is very small and could be resentful of such a change. Some things that could be done is the people at first start with a disposition of 0 toward you. Also this could add not just the development of the island but of a place for you to live - like a manor or even a castle! Train guards to keep the peace, develop the economy, etc...
