well yeah i agree with you there but personally i never cared for online gaming most games i play are single player only so i never saw the need for it and we have seen what happens when mutliplayer is suddenly more important then single player ( cod ) things like this make me even less interested in online gaming then before though if i were an xblah live ( thats how the acronym xbl read to me xblah ) user my letter to microsoft would probably read varlet i say thee nay !

okay can you give us more information about your computer ? just because new vegas runs fine is not a reason to assume fallout 3 will to ( you'd expect so but alas ) above all have you patched the game yet ? as i said in one of my earlier response the game barley worked with me under vista untill i patched it

no it is set in the same time frame as kotor but it doesnt continue the story line from kotor 2 and the story lien from kotor 2 ends with a huge huge cliffhanger ( due to lucas arts rushing obsidian to be in time for a dec 2004 release ) kotor 2 is set 5 years after kotor 1 and what happend in those 5 years or with the ...ahem protagonist of 1 ( no spoilers here ) isnt clear either so id love to see a kotor 3 and 4 as well as a proper bloodrayne 3 and a vampire bloodlines 2 ( like that will ever happen )

start by doing a google search on what it will take to get that video chip to play games. yeah that video card is probably part of the problem intel vid cards are no good for gaming you may have to uise 3danalyzer or a version of oldblivion for fallout 3 to get it to work ( if they are still working on that ) but win 7 is not to blame

what video card ? have you applied all the patches ? my fallout 3 was horribly unstable until i installed the patch your machine should be able to run fallout 3 without a problem

should work just fine did you applied all the patches to the game ? are you running as admin ? have you tried compatability mode yet ? and who told you fallout 3 doesnt work on win 7 ? it works under vista there is no reason it should not work under win 7 and what are the specifications of your laptop ?

if your using the dark lay out you can find your name and the menu on the left hand site of the page from what i gather you cant remove your self from a friends list but you can set up that friends need to be approved by you how you do that though i am not entirely sure and that white layout is so bright meine eyes ! the goggles they do nothink ! edit : somebody beat me to that i see ;p

best thing really would be as little mods as possible better bodies and graphics extender and leave it at that unless you hate the journal you got enough to be getting on with in morrowind without added mods

oh and another thing which i just rememberd after reading denina's post make sure you also download a journal organiser mod the journal is your most important tool to keep track of what you are doing in the game but it can quickly become a convoluted mess that goes on and on and on and on for pages its been fixed by bethesda but not very well im sure there are more effective mods out there then their fix
