Did you use FOMM to replace the Xlive DLL? I got mine running, might help to run in vista compatibility mode.

Eh actually I was on about the blender nifscripts and their general state when I started into the project..... the above is unlikely to happen for lots of reasons. I doubt they are clueless but they run are a buisness and exposing stuff like that involves a lot of risk. I dunno make a nice lil EULA and GNU that makes it so they can reuse whatever mod is made, then let the community make the patches while they make the DLC and incorporate the patches into the DLC, it seems like it would be more efficient and money saving that anything else. Surely listing bugs is not as time and money consuming as fixing them? Then again business is haphazard and very set in their ways its probably something they can not even begin to mentally process, tho it seems pretty win/win to me because we find up with a better semi official product with more features and they wind up doing less work thus spending less money. I managed to put a shotgun drum on the sub-machine gun, gave it tweaked blowfly dart projectiles,BB gun firing sounds , and thus named it the Auto Needler. LOL Need to toy around with the animation selection some so the reload and holding of it look half right. I have acouple questions if you do not mind, and thanks again for all the help. First off I think I broken sound importation when I installed bashed, I think anyway I can not import sounds, in fact using sounds extracted from the bsa dose not work either. And this is in the game and heck. I'm going to restore from my last good install in a bit but I was wondering WTH did I dun do to it LOL Besides my mod that work from Moira Browns shop(equipment based mods) and a couple general mods (Inf HP to Hoss's group who keeps poping up every other time I rest and a global speed mod) I have FWE and DUI and that's it. Oh ya I am looking for transformer tips, they look like the caps on glue bottles,Something Tesla/electrical looking I can cut and past to put on my EMP sub machine gun. New problem, nifscope says the drum is where I put it in blender, but when I fire up the game its hanging off the side, I am so confused 0_o Odd now its not there...guess I was not updating the right file. LOL

No duh, would have help'd if I dunno they did more to support mods, documentation and some code at least, would have been better if they skipped the editor BS and released a full yet unsupported SDK, least that way you could look at the code and see what will work or not. THe editor is a joke and a waste of time least in comparison to a SDK, and with an SDK the community can do bug support while you focus on DLC, I mean really are AAA devs that clueless?

Well its not like FO3 allows for much beyond the editor, you are lucky to mod meshes and textures. I will focus mesh work till I get to a point I just have to have animations. So for now I am happy with importing any mesh at all. Also I have a dumb q, can you change postilion of a mesh within a scene? IE it can tell up from down and all that? I guess it dose I always add too a mesh without moving it around. Tho last time I tried my drum clip I put the drums on the top of the clip 0_o LOL

So import in 2.49, save as blender file, open with 2.5+ edit it,save it as blender file then open in and then export with 2.49?

THANK you!!! The newest blender (2.5ish running newest right now) is not so hard to do basic cut,pasting,covering of missing bits and what not. The exporting seems to be the tricky bit. So this supports the newest blender right???? I'm I going to have to go back to 2.49 32bit?

I either get error popups, drak grayed out meshes that have no UV data or blank obj files exported from Blender, why doesn't blender have a plug it that fixes most of this crap? A simple cut and paste dose not work right, spent 4 days on an awesome model that works fine in blender but nif scope will not touch it UHG its driving me crazy!!!!!!

I tried makeing 3 of my 10 mods use level item lists and they would not all show up in Moira's store, I have not changed the chance on them, and they always show up in the preview panel. I also tried placeing them in both chests and they did not show them all in the store. I am at a compelte loss on this. I am changeing over to an all in one esp but I wanted to make them stackable. ;_;

delet this I will ask a new question about item level lists.

I am so confused 16 or 32bit at 44 and 22k nothing seems to work.

My or may have not tossed in more its kinda hard to tell as you have to convert them all to generic name files. Also I found this list online but I love it to death, last 5 hour playthrough black coffee played alot LOL

Even with FO3edit my mods will not all use Crater side Supply , after the 3rd or 4th mod only 2 on the bottom of the load order seem to load at all. Its quite annoying. I am makign seprate stand alone weaopn mods. How can I fix this? Do I load them all up in geck, set a new one as active then add them all to Maria Browns chest(lulz)?

It can be done but is tricky if you need help let me know...tho I might make things worse LOL I am running 90ish 40-50s era songs myself BTW. ^^

As long as its not uploaded for everyone you can make itself, or have a friend make it. Its hella simple you don't even need the texture and such just mod the laser rifle to shot 3 projectiles and memic the tripple lazer properties. (I wish this site allowed for spell checkers to work.......)

Press cap lock and you walk not run and yes normal speed is run. ALso get FWE it has a sprint thing in it where you run fast based on AP. Other than that...soemone tell me how to add a prek to a consumeable item? Speed and base energy weaopn damage I'd like to up via perks.

After trying again I figured it out so I can shrink stuff now! Thank you so much! Tried the Gauss explosion nif...its eats more power than the grenade explosion nif :P Okay so now I need to make a lite version, going to use the lazer muzzle flash but how to I change the time on it so it lasts only 1 second? Okay will let you know how far I get with the rest of it. LOL

Transform, I wil try that next thank you!! Tried changeing scale for hours nothing worked. I need it like 5-10 times smaller and since you can only scale up it seems its driving me crazy. Also when you up radius in the explosion form type it not only scales up the radius of damage but the size of the visual explosion. I am trying to my witts end to re size explosiongrenadefrag.nif and the Zhu-Rong explosion, the trouble is I need a different size than the radius in the explosion settings.
