  1. Yea I got that thanks guys. Figured out the problem, I had enablecompression set to false in ENBoost. Don't know how or who did this but yes for anyone else wondering keep that set to true.
  2. Yeah don't clean those that tell you not to. Glad you got it sorted.
  3. Me too, was way more elaborate then the one I just posted. :/
  4. Hi You have a very dirty list there follow this-----> www.youtube.com/watch?v=UOQO2S6HDBw also paste this----> https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/25091645/Skyrim/userlist.txt into your BOSS/skyrim folder, meaning your BOSS installation directory, you cannot miss it. Move all your mods except the reproccer/skyproc.esp's above your bashed patch. Re-run all your skyproc/reproccer patchers, chances are you've removed a mod that they rely on as a dependancy. Hope this helps. If not, go here http://boss-developers.github.io/ and download the latest version of BOSS, there are plugins there that should be arranged by the new version to help with stablility.
  5. Hmmmm okay....... But yes you're right they do an amazing job and some people just tend to forget that they do it in their spare time and are not being payed for providing us with new exciting content, free of charge.
  6. Daedric mead, Allows for quite a few options Meridia's Mead or Azura's ale. Possibly a few of these could give effects, as to the Daedra they represent. Somehow
  7. Yeah by texture replacers I basically mean stuff like NPC clothing, skin, SFO!!! but with iMingrass set to 70 Etac etc. just mods that add to the experience nothing that Improves overall look of the game. I definitely run ENBoost without graphic features. Yes 512 MB is laughable I will admit. But I have slowly built optimized my mod list around that fact and had it running fine a while ago, only to see that as I've progressed the game has slowed down. That is what makes me think its CPU, because after the whole 5 second wait to turn, my Framerate is ok, usually above 20 in Resource heavy areas. I also have Hialgoboost running in the background, it is there for when I Really need it. Yet in these 5 second situations. Even Halving the resolution by using shift-pg down with hialgo has no effect at all on the issue, takes just as long if not longer. I have all my proxies set up correctly so the problem is not there. I'm going to be honest if you were to see my game you would be quite shocked at how well it runs for a 512 card. But these stutters....I have a mod called populated towns cities villages installed. How exponential does the addition of more NPC affect performance? This could be the problem.
  8. Which DLC is it? Try with each of them sorry for not being great help, its 4 am, But the nexus is quiet at this time, and you did say you want to play later today
  9. I wouldn't install more mods right now, rather remove the ones potentially causing the problem. But once you can Get in to the game I would definitely recommend using them, and SKSE. You're using mods that require SKSE convenient horses being one of them. When you say you unchecked them, are you still crashing?
  10. First remove The race compatibility USKP and associated mods, you do not have the unofficial skyrim patch so that could be causing the CTD. If notI will need to see your BOSS log. Also do you use SKSE?
  11. I forgot how NMM looks. Just the mods, the order they're loaded. Also its very important you run BOSS.
  12. Don't panic this is just a mod missing a master. Uh can you open NMM and post a load order of that. Or any mod manager you're using?
  13. Sometimes folks just don't know :/ I would remove fight or fly see if that helps, I had issues with that in the past If I can recall along the lines of yours.
  14. Yello Ok so as the game progresses things slow down its inevitable, larger save files and more data. In my case it has also meant that this progression leads to a form of stutter. I have seen vids on stutter and believe me I would love to have that sort of minor "annoyance", but in my case its roughly 243.768% worse. Ok so heres what happens When I'm in Whiterun staring at a wall, all is good say for instance I'm staring at the main Whiterun gate, its fine In order for me to look the opposite direction to head into town I would move my mouse, get a cup of coffee come back and maybe, just maybe I would be facing the other direction. Thats an exaggeration but it stutters for about 5 seconds a pop.and then a frame 5 seconds frame. What I have done is compress every single texture in the game, base game included and resized them down to nothing higher that 1024. I don't run any High res textures from official "Texture Packs". Only minor textures added by various mods. Heres the question. Is this form of stuttering the cause of my CPU or my GPU? I have a lot of script mods so it could be that which relates to CPU and I guess a lot of textures higher than my 512MB GPU. PS this is not a mod issue, I sort those out myself. I am simply curious as to which system generally causes this drastic stutter/limp. Also I would love to run the performance monitor but I can't it just doesn't work on my pc, so if anyone asks. Specs specs specs ATI radeon HD 5470 512MB Intel i3 M350 Windows 7 64 bit 4.00 GB ram All the other good stuff ENBoost, SSME, yada, no crashing just stutter.
  15. Do you use any body replacers? If installed incorrectly this is a known issue and you will just need a quick reinstall of whichever one you're using.
  16. These two will do what you're looking for http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/32155/? http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/49036/? <----this ones a bit more complicated but the other mod does what you need perfectly, all you need to do is have SKSE.
  17. Depends what you're used to, On your budget I'm using something that falls into that bracket (at least in my country) An HP pavillion Dv6, its about 4 years old but I'm still able to run skyrim on high and have all the eye candy, SFO, RLO, COT, a lot of armors/texture replacers etc. My HP has an i3 and a radeon HD5470, So I'm guessing these days you could get something better, I am just posting my useless bit of information because I have had 2 HP laptops and am one of the lucky few to never have any problem whatsoever. My current one still runs as if it was new and because of good maintenance and a few tweaks it outshines many of my mates laptops with higher specs, and a few years newer. If you're used to high quality ENB's and ultra shadow setting, don't bother though I cannot run an ENB or set my shadows to ultra. Although i'm okay with this, I still run skyrim at the 255 mod limit with most being heavy script mods and I don't have a problem. IMHO gaming laptops are way overpriced, my step brother got "gaming" laptop worth about $3000 and the difference is not worth the huge price. Bottom line, Personally from my experience would suggest getting an HP only because of my experience with their products, some may tell you otherwise. Just beware they do have overheating problems, I bought a small fan and place it facing the intakes. Good story - My old HP overheated so I was under warranty with about 5 days left to go (very lucky) so I went in and guess what they offered me the latest model, a printer, a camera, a laptop bag, keyboard/mouse. No idea why, apparently it was Christmas stock. I scored big time.
  18. When you've found the fix please post it here, my girlfriend has the same problem and keeps complaining. She also uses better vampires
  19. Is this happening everywhere or only in that indoor cell?
  20. Just using Climates of tamriel with Realistic lighting overhaul. Looks really good I've installed a few ENB's before my laptop can't really handle them, but As soon as I switch back to my original setup I couldn't figure out why I wanted an ENB in the first place. The ones I "can" use kinda look cartoonish I mean no offence it's personal preference, but its not for me unless I have a rig able to run a preset like realvision or sharpshooter, with a bit of tweaking they can look really good. But its difficult to play at 1 FPS. A few lighting mods and you can be perfectly happy. And on the side I use Imaginator (might get laughed at for that) basically for the sun setting which I kinda like... and dynavision, but with a lot of scripts dynavision can slow to a halt, at least for me.
  21. I had this too it is when you are being attacked outside without you knowing, and then entering high hrothgar. I couldnt sort it out myself and it wasn't a mod problem, just reload a previous save and make 100% sure there is no enemy following you when entering?
  22. Yeah a lot of mods can cause this you need the brawl bugs patch http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/24020/? That should sort it out.
  23. Oh ok you mean youve maxed them out in your ENB settings, I was under the assumption you were using the default launcher settings. Also I didn't mention an ENB preset so you've lost me haha. If you press shift + enter in skyrim you can change a lot of things in the ENB, look for the AA section and turn it up, I don't use ENB so i'm not 100% sure but You might be able to.
  24. Rather use the AA setting in your Nvidia control panel. Try that it should allow you to much higher as well perhaps up to 12X AA.
  25. The borderless window will basically help with alt-tabbing in and out of skyrim...makes it marginally safer in terms of alt-tab related crashes, as well as getting rid of the double cursor bug. Sometimes I use the ENB bordeless window setting but only if I feel like I'm going to need to alt tab a lot during my session. Although I generally stay clear of it because alt-tabbing with or without it causes crashes for me, I have done a benchmark and I get no performance increase whatsoever, in fact I get about half a frame less with it enabled. it may work for some but not for me and I'm using an ATI GPU which supposedly runs better in borderless mode.
