Clicking on an npc with console open will also give you npc id#, you can load that id# into tes5edit filter and have it bring up specific npc which will also bring up what mods are touching that npc @OP What npcs have black face in your game?

Maybe colonialism or imperialism is your thing. Pretty sure High Elves have their own land to lay down doctrines for its inhabitants, kinda think Imperial have their own land too. But rather what I see is people hating nords because there bad, but not hating Thalmor,in fact nord haters typically love Thalmor. I notice this in some playthroughs, not long ago in game I was in same boat, Jarl just wouldn't give kill giant quest even after Nightmare quest had been completed. Currently I'm testing a mod that requires me to advance in game, build my reputation in towns up and leveling character up. So I just did Nightmare quest on that save game with character over lvl 20, and the Jarl instantly asked about killing giant, then I could buy property. I think there is a vanilla bug,or there was that sometimes you can't buy house? What lvl is you current character? It can't be related but prior to doing nightmare quest with char just over lvl20, I did get note about museum, that event triggers the dawnstar court wizard to post up in front of museum until player character gets in proximity to be able to hear her telling museum guy to stop with what he is doing, then she goes back to Jarls House. I had that also done when i did Nightmare quest. Edit: either becoming thane dialogue or you can buy house dialogue is triggered after killing Giant quest, I think I bought property then became thane?That is how Falkreath and Lakeview Manor is, you can buy that property before Thane,for sure. Doesn't matter which, you need Kill Giant quest from Jarl first regardless.

did you generate seq file? I have never seen dialogue show up that can't be clicked. I have seen condition checks not set right and go into game certain dialogue doesn't show up. But you have it show up,can't do anything with it but you load into different cell and then dialogue shows and works. If you have generated seq file, I would look at condition checks and how you are scripting advancement of quest stages. Any pictures of quest stages and condition checks in dialogue and coding of advancement of quest stages would maybe be helpful.

Can this be done through quest alias reference. You can have dialogue topic inject players name like initial scene with Elenwen at Thalmor party. exp. Topic: <Follower Name>, you have been good follower, I want you to have this. "Gold100 Removed"

What mod manager do you use and can you post load order? If you have tes5edit, launch it with all mods. when it is done open skyrim.esm and click on races. Then find vampire race and click on it and you will see what mods are touching/altering vampire races.

I used tried unp version and it was fine. What is wrong with hand meshes on your end? i would start by loading all mods into tes5edit and looking in skyrim esm at armor addon and look at "NakedHands" and see if you can find culprit there.

you need to load all mods into tes5edit, open skyrim esm and navigate to races and see what is overwriting your vampire races. If you have dawnguard, and you insall over dawnguard a mod that touches vampires and does not have dawnguard as one of its masters then that mod is reverting vampires stats to vanilla(non dawnguard) and the headnifs from dawnguard become unhappy.

With all nord haters(Christian haters,and Im a non-religious dude), in 2020 i cant believe there is no mod that removes some of the non-nords from Windhelm to Imperial Towns/Village, since they won't take day trek on their own. Furthermore, I don't think there is another town that has more non-humanoids living there than Windhelm?Prove me wrong! People want to associate Talos with Christianity, that's on you. For the record the one Nord who is giving female hard time when first entering Windhelm gets his ass kicked by me in every playthrough, "run that s#*&#33; at a dark elf male and leave the women alone you f*#@ing coward", there is even 2 of them at that initial scene, I stand by her side every time, as excepted being that I play as a True Son of Skyrim.

I don't have Tes5edit? So your master files are dirty? How do you resolve mod problems without Tes5edit? You really should consider installing tes5edit into you mod manager. "with skin textures and meshes, and pretty up mods, then I installed the mod manager" So you violated your data folder and then installed MO? I'm not trying to be hard on you, and your not going like this much, but, I would revert everything back to vanilla, verify integrity of game files through steam, then install LOOT and Tes5edit, clean your masters, install MO, get LOOT and Tes5edit into MO, get wrye bash,bodyslide,into MO. Install skse,into MO,set your boost up,get crash fixes and fnis(inside MO)installed. A lot of LE users will swear by MO2, I use MO1 with great success. The only thing I have ever not been able to do with MO is go into CK and generate lip files. When you revert to vanilla and verify game files and clean your masters, your base is 100% You then install MO and no matter what you install or uninstall in MO your base is always, 100%

What do have overwriting the orc race in skyrim.esm with all mods loaded into tes5edit? If your still on MO, what happens if you start a new game with only DLC's,Usleep,and Alt Start, if your on MO then the Orcs should be good.
