OK relax, go download and examine Runeskulls by Exnem. One of the better enchantment replacing/upgrades around. You'll notice that he simply created a new class of object, assigned them various specific enchants depending on offensive or defensive use, and setup various levels of power tied to PC level. Thus by emulating this you create for instance a Gem of Enchantment, you can then add the precise effects you wish, limit the level at which it drops, assign it to random or specific loot lists etc etc etc.

Well there is Better Cities which is a batch of changes, please read everything about it before installing so you know which things you want. Also Tamriel Travelers adds a bunch of people everywhere. Its compatible with MMM as well so that should help increase some NPC counts for you.

Giskard had allowed the DC team to update his mods and tie them in with Fort Akatosh etc. There was a falling out and some mods from Dragon Captions may have issues with the older COUP stuff since they are looking for updated stuff. If you are just using the original Giskard files you should be good.

Any Body replacers with Nude Meshes will do this: HG Eyecandy (HGEC) for example. Also the one its based of off is Exnems Eyecandy. For Males its usually Roberts v4 or v5

Giskard has had a rocky relationship with the Oblivion modding community for a long time. He no longer mods for oblivion though I think he does work on Fallout3 stuff now. Recently he allowed Dragon Captions to start overhauling his old mods. Then he disallowed it. No idea why.

Chose the Don't Really Care due to the fact that I can't use OBSE and this would need it to have any hope of working. I think the technical limitations of the engine will force you to make too many sacrifices for it to reach its true potential.

Strange Wanderers reminds me of a werewolf mod I saw around some time ago. Didn't they turn into werewolves with nightfall? Not Curse of Hiricine though. Lycnathrope- Werewolves of Cyrodiil perhaps?

According to the mod you linked the files you want are packaged in it. Did you download the compilation and not find it or just don't want them all?
