Skyrim AE Crashing when I enter any new cell
tommy61157 replied to EchoesDelAbyss's topic in Mod Troubleshooting
So, this isn't a mod I have, but I notice a lot of calls in your crashlog to the Lawbringer mod, maybe try disabling this mod and see if it helps you? Sadly, my logs are a bit more complex and I need to take a deeper look there, but I struggled to find similarities in terms of the stacktraces themselves. Edit: In my interiors, it suggests that it is making a call to RLO interiors, hmm, you and I might have different issues, but if you have any interior lighting mods, try disabling those as well and let me know what happens along with possible Immersive citizens Edit 2: Loading without RLO or Immersive Citizens is still causing the crash, will continue to investigate -
Skyrim AE Crashing when I enter any new cell

Here's my crash dump which sadly is much less helpful and references the base game itself, but I will comb through our load orders, see what we have in common and what I've updated recently and will work from there (File will not upload for some stupid reason, will put in spoiler) -
Skyrim AE Crashing when I enter any new cell
tommy61157 replied to EchoesDelAbyss's topic in Mod Troubleshooting
I have a similar issue where when entering any new Interior Cell, I get a crash as well and it doesn't produce any useful logs or anything indicating where it crashed. However, if I visit a town with a closed area and then visit an interior, it will sometimes then work. This is the load order I use: From your log, your load order appears to be as such: Since we are having the same issue, I am more than willing to assist and I will be comparing some of the plugins we have in common, but I must ask, where are you finding your crash report? Where is the directory for that on your PC? I can never seem to find crash reports when I look on my PC and if I can find my crash logs, I may simply have to compare the crash reports which would make it a TON easier to help. I see we're both on Windows 11 and both use NVIDIA GPUs (You a RTX 2070, me a RTX 4080) -

SSE CTD on Save After Hours of Gameplay
tommy61157 replied to squireoivanhoe's topic in Skyrim's Skyrim SE
I talked a bit to the dev of sky birds, he really was acting like a jerk, but said that everything sky birds was outputting into papyrus was normal, still could be script overload though and removing that could still help. Hopefully Resaver gets updated soon. -
That's really odd, can you post your load order? Also, what kind of hard drive do you have your operating system (Windows) and the game on?
-
I would highly recommend getting 16GB of system DRAM at least, especially since you're using such a high end card. 8GB is not enough for a heavily modded playthrough of skyrim special edition with a modern windows operating system.

lowered destruction damage across the board
tommy61157 replied to axfvh's topic in Skyrim's Skyrim SE
you misunderstand, it's not something i'm subjectively noticing. the damage values themselves as shown on the menu are lower. it now fluctuates between values but always lower than at some point long before this is very frustrating, i'm thinking of making an effect that amplifies the damage as a workaround That's... odd... I should've asked this to begin with, but can you please post your load order? -
Do be careful when doing this though, especially if you have a lot of mods, a potato system, or both.

lowered destruction damage across the board

Could it just be that the enemies are getting tougher as you're leveling up and you're not assigning your skill points like you should or are you doing even less damage to the same enemies? -
hearthfire house (lakeview) does not update
tommy61157 replied to axfvh's topic in Skyrim's Skyrim SE
This does happen sometimes when you have a lot of mods that have large filesizes or that change up the way the world generates. There was a console command to where you could refresh the current worldspace, but I forget what it was. -
Saves Corrupt after battle for Fort Sungard?
tommy61157 replied to tommy61157's topic in Skyrim's Skyrim SE
I still am having this issue after removing a few buggy mods which I thought may be causing it, I'm actually going to remove all the bird mods too, I notice they leave a bunch of crap in the Papyrus logs and supposedly SkyBirds has a crap ton of scripts, I'm waiting for Fallrim Tools to be updated to work again with the 1.5.3 patch, that really put a wrench in things, unless someone can recommend an alternative that works with Skyrim SE. If anyone can offer any help though, I would highly appreciate it. -
SSE CTD on Save After Hours of Gameplay
tommy61157 replied to squireoivanhoe's topic in Skyrim's Skyrim SE
Not sure if this is related, but it seems like whenever my ctd on save issue happens, it's after taking over fort sungard for the stormcloaks which is oddly specific, if you want more details and to check out my case, my thread is here: https://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/6045328-saves-corrupt-after-battle-for-fort-sungard/ I am using Skybirds too though, so maybe I should remove that and see if it helps. -

Seeing your load order would really help here. -
Did this start happening as of the latest update? What's your load order? Have you updated any mods recently?
-
What GPU do you have? Are your GPU drivers up to date? Also, what's your load order?
-
You'll need to provide us your plugin load order before we'll be able to substantially help you. You could always try backing up your saves and reinstalling the game entirely, but also, what exactly is happening? How are they "not working"?

What's your load order? What mods do you have that mess with any NPC or character faces? -
Saves Corrupt after battle for Fort Sungard?
tommy61157 replied to tommy61157's topic in Skyrim's Skyrim SE
That post is so big, I literally can't edit it now, so I'm going to post additional info. here, one thing to note, this is the first "fort battle" quest so to speak where it measures how many imperials I have left to kill in a fort, so I think something interacting with that mechanic is what's messing things up, idk. I do have a save from right when I accepted the quest from Galmar and am still at the stormcloak camp about to go to the battle and I confirmed using Fallrim tools that this save is not at all corrupt, so debugging this will be easy. UPDATE: I'm beginning to suspect the populated mods, since altering them even slightly caused my save to absolutely corrupt itself, but then again, I did also update the unofficial patch, could have done it too, sorry, I get impatient, I'm fixing it now though so we can continue perusing this issue, would HIGHLY appreciate any help. Edit 2: Not quite sure if this issue is related, but I also found this thread talking about a somewhat similar issue that may be relevant: https://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/5415515-sse-ctd-on-save-after-hours-of-gameplay -
So, after all this time, I found out what causes my saves to mess up and I did a lot of the hard work already to figure this out. It turns out in my heavily modded instance, saving anytime after completing the battle for fort sungard (I always go stormcloak) will create a save which fails to be read at the first block by fallrim tools save cleaner and not too long after will make saving in general crash my game. What I need help with is finding out which mod is doing this First, let me list 4 things. System Specs: My Load Order (any having =0 are merged in the bashed patch): Papyrus log from before Battle for Sungard quest: Papyrus Log for during and After Battle of Sungard Quest (Including when the game finally crashed while trying to save): These lines specifically I think point to the culprit: That's all I've been able to figure out, and I really don't want to have to disable mods one by one through that massive load order to find the one mod causing an issue, with the info. I've given, are there any theories or ideas as to what's going on? I'm going to add an incentive to this, anyone who successfully finds out the issue and helps me fully fix it will get 30$ in their paypal, no, I'm not joking, that's how frustrating this has been and how long I've dealt with this. EDIT: I use LOOT and Wyre Bash, I also use SKSE64 now, but I was having the issue before using that and while using that. My modpack is otherwise perfect.

I've had this issue too, using edge with no plugins is the only thing that works for me, I really hope they fix whatever is behind this issue.... -

I know you guys are getting hammered right now, just do the best you can! Can't wait to see as more and more mods get converted to SSE! :)
