Speaking as someone who is, ahem, underaverage hight I would just like to say that is utter genius. Unfortunately I don't think I'd be able to remember all that if someone says I'm short.

I'm afraid that would be illegal. It would be easier the delete the anims that come with the mod so that the game goes back the using the ones in the BSA.

You could just use the body mesh and texture. Roberts seamless textures would be fairly easy to do.
