  1. Simple, just select the item you want to place in obj window and drag and drop in the cell
  2. If I´m not mistaken, and of course if you have 3ds max, try the lattice modifier, search for a tutorial in youtube, you´ll see is a very practical tool
  3. Hi, I can not help you because I don´t know how npc works, I know about modelling. If you´re going to use them in your quest proyect, I think that there is not necesity to merge them in a plugin cause they sould be in to the quest plugin
  4. Hi, there are a couple of DLC sized proyects being developed. Look at this: http://www.moddb.com/mods/fallout-4-rise-of-the-great-khanate-wyoming http://www.moddb.com/mods/maxwells-world As far I know they are active.
  5. Hello, first of all, let me help you, what do know about modding?

  7. Hello, since last year I´ve working on some models, outfits and weapons exactly, I have a little experience in modding new vegas and fallout 3 but now, seeing that FO4 have changed, I´m mired in modding. Recently I learned a lot on the outfit related question, but I don´t know what steps I have to follow to add a weapon in the game. Please I need some steps on 3ds max and nifskope. thanks

  12. Sorry, I forgot to tell you, another thing you could do is prove changing the settings when you´re importing to 3ds max
  13. I had the same problem with 3dsmax 2016. I managed to fix it working with 3ds Max 2012
  14. Hi, let me ask, which version of 3ds max do you have?
  15. Well, I would be surprised if you actually find a way to do this. So, it only can be done with blender?

  19. you´re right, let me ask, are you pasting over the vanilla mesh?
  20. Ok, what don´t you understand?
  21. By the way the creation kit is released now https://bethesda.net/#en/events/game/fallout-4-creation-kit/2016/04/26/114
  22. Hi again, from what I have learned from modding other bethesda games: First you should have a weapon to get in game, next, think about a weapon from the game that is similar to yours. Import that weapon files from the game, you´ll obatin a .nif file. In your 3d modelling software match the vanilla weapon parts to yours and fit your weapon with the vanilla one, after that, export your weapon to .nif. I don´t know how but you should modify it in nifskope. Once ya have your nifskope file, place it in your game folder,(program files(x86)...) creating new carpets for your mods, you´ll need at least one for the model (.nif file) another one for the textures (.dds) and finally another for the material (.bgsm) the rest is FO4edit or GECK/CK. Look at this tutorials from youtube, maybe it would help ya. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2a_2cMLDRcI https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PRRy9rsK-QM&list=PLbjXtAdxXTj6DM1ePkfclxBERGioF1TlV https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H-wLZM6fAPM To RustyXXL: I recognize that my attitude was not the correct.
  23. This is fantastic, how do you even get here? because I don't have any clue on how to get my weapons into game, or how to use an in game weapon as a base to see if it works, so like I asked 4 millenia ago. How do I do all of this? because I'm pretty sure, really sure that Fallout 4 is very different to other games such as a New Vegas, which doesn't have customization and crafting as an aspect. After this, you should remplace the "reference" model with yours (copy brunch/remove brunch)
