Having Sadoko come out of the TV would be priceless. The again, myabe it's because I've seen more pictures of her looking cute than I do scary...

As a fellow lolicon, I see no problem with that. And besides, REAL men are up for saber duels and ride horses, instead of such silly things like "cars".

Dart Gun and I believe the Heavy Incinerator are also considered to be "silent" in the game.

Point Lookout's lever actions have a slight spread, meaning it doesn't always hit where you aim it. Lincoln's Repeater has no spread, so it's perfectly accurate for non-VATS attacks.

You should also keep ammo in mind. I tend to have more .308 ammo than I do .44. I'd personally recommend the Repeater for the accuracy, as I've seen bullets leave Sniper Rifles at something like a 45 degree angle... I usually carry just 2 frag grenades, which is enough to deal with most enemies that need a grenade and I can always find more in boxes and whatnot. I've stopped carrying frag mines, since I really had no use for them. If you really need a good way to deal with a fast melee opponent, I'd recommend using the Dart Gun.

There already is the Driveable Motorcycle by J3X. Vehicles are a bit tricky, since FO3 wasn't exactly made with driving them in mind...

Oh, I thought you meant turn it off if you also had Broken Steel. I was rushed by 3 Roamers and 2 Reavers randomly, while playing the 360 version.

You can just add it in with console commands.
