  1. Thank you, this post and your previous post above give a complete and detailed walkthrough. I just applied it and can confirm that it works !
  2. Yeah, what I personnally am looking for regarding the UI/HUD is having a transparency slider. That would be very welcome ! :) Also thanks to all of you who have already posted mods, i'm enormously thankful !
  3. Hi ! What i would find really perfect (and disappointed it's not available ingame) is auto-fade HUD elements. Even an old game like Dark Souls 3 has this option by default. Each hud elements gets auto-hidden after a certain amount of time, and pops up depending on context. Even the minimap : it could auto-hidden when on foot and appear when you use a vehicle.
  4. That's an interesting idea. I've got a 8GB Video Card so i'm lucky but a bit more optimization for Vram would be good.
  5. Hi. Right now the only thing I think will be useful to a lot of people who don't want to or are not used to modifying ini files, is an equivalent to the very popular F4ConfigTool. In case Bethesda don't completely block the modification of the ini files. Please let us change FOV and get rid of that ugly Bokeh :/
  6. Damn why didn't I think of this ! Deleting workshop.swf right now and i'm pretty confident the crashes will stop. Thanks a lot ! Kudos ! EDIT : yep it fixes the instant crash when opening Workshop menu, thanks again !
  7. i'm not using any javascript blocking extension, and adblock is completely disabled for the domain. Yet everything on nexus is broken today... :-(
  8. In response to post #34107225. #34110340, #34110380, #34113860, #34117570, #34123370, #34125160, #34131120, #34131270, #34135235, #34137910, #34140375, #34141120, #34142055, #34142205, #34151095 are all replies on the same post. Same here, 80 mods active, many texture packs, and not a single CTD in 160 hours ! Game handles borderlessFullscreen and alt-tab without any issues. PC : i5 4670k + AMD 7970. B)
  9. Great initiative, i'm looking forward to testing this ! :)
  10. I've got a good bunch of quality texture mods, how or where can i see for sure the gain from the HdPack ? Most textures i have not modded look just the same as before : road gravel, wood houses, ground textures ...
  11. I've got this issue too, thought it was a mod texture causing it, but doesn't seem so after all. Only logs in the Whiterun Tavern are white. edit: And i don't see this issue in the video you mention.
  12. I'm wondering the same thing. I've put both values to 0 in skyrim.ini the sun shadows update every second. but it doesn't look more natural than with default values where it updates every 20 seconds... It's not progressive at all, it looks like some clockwork... I'll test other settings.
  13. Yup, same here, only this helmet gets transparent on Lydia... And disabling Adaptative AA in the Catalyst Controls also solves some dodgy texture clippings/overlapping on the floors in towns and in the wild.
