deleting your account won't help.

it looks like somehow your system has been compromised. whether thats through malware, or a rubbish antivirus - i don't know. however, you have a dodgy certificate somewhere in your system and that is causing your issues.

honestly outside of reinstalling windows, i dont know a good way to clean out that weird certificate.

I fixed it.

 

I reset my anti-virus to default settings and it sorted the issue out. It must have been a strange setting or something that was blocking it from coming through

okay, good to know.

if it were me, i'd consider removing that anti-virus and simply defaulting to windows defender. it is integrated with windows 10 and it works.

if it's causing you certificate issues, that's not a good thing - at all.
