How to make customization tweaks to mods already made?

Recommended Posts

let's say I want to modify some textures, or some sound file in a mod, I was trying to modify some textures in NifSkope but I don't know how to save those textures in the plugin ck file of the mod
I have done some homework, I have downloaded
-CK
-BA2 extractor
-NifSkope
-Blender
-FO4edit
I may be doing nonsense but hey I just started on this,
If someone can tell me what software to use to modify each of the elements, I appreciate it. Thanks and greetings to all
Who knows, hopefully a one day I can upload a great modification for the enjoyment of the whole community

You will want outfit studio as well it's on the nexus. You can use it to import objects from blender and export as a nif and to alter material texture shading and more... even combining nifs. It's not just for outfits. There's also a blender plugin to export as a nif in nexus as well but it wont do animated nifs and can be tricky to use.

And BA2 Extractor isn't necessary. Installing the CK adds a Tools folder to your Fallout 4 folder. That has Archive2 in it, which is what you should be using to make BA2 files.
