Getting errors and very slow download speeds

I've been trying to manually download some Final Fantasy mods, they are quite large in size and there's a lot of them. For example this one: https://www.nexusmods.com/finalfantasy13/mods/18?tab=files&BH=0 - I have Nexus premium and still keep getting errors and slow download speeds. I've ran speed tests and although my internet speeds are slow compared to most people my speeds are at their maximum right now, 70 down, 25 up, no issues, using ethernet. Anything else I can try to get this to work? I also heard you can download multiple files with premium, is that true?

Well, this is the Vortex Support Forum.

 

1. cancel any download(s) you started before you became a premium member

2. Log out of the Nexus

3. Log out of Vortex (If you use it)

4. Log back into The Nexus and Vortex.

5. Go to your NEXUS MODS Profile, click SITE PREFERENCES

6. Click PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP PREFERENCES

7. In the PREFERRED DOWNLOAD LOCATION Dropdown menu, select a PREMIUM Server that's close to you, or the one that gives you the best speed.
