[WIP] Thunderchild - The Tongue Experience

Alessia's Love is a buff. So you place it on someone and any damage you take is distributed between you and them, and vice versa. You can also cast it on a dragon, allow the dragon to damage (both of) you to a sliver of health, then dispel it off him and kill him.

Lifestream 3 heals enemies, but there's an upgrade to make it not do that. 1 and 2 depend on your aiming skills.

Ohhh... well the update changes things. Hmmm... but hmmm... not sure if you will like the idea... but making it damage undead (like it is a type of restoration shout) instead of healing them... and not affect dwarven automatons (they are metal so organic healing should be impossible) would make it more... useful. The upgrade would still be an valid option... not healing organic enemies + not damadging your undeads + maybe a chance to stun enemy undeads?

Btw. Does it work only when you are under the sky?

Ohhh... Ohhhh...ok... I see the concept now. Hope that it won't cause aggro then... and last longish... like... shout it at the mamooth and go fight a dragon perhaps?

Edit. Sorry for the double post. Don't know how to remove it. ;;

Iceborn
Ice-Hunter-Wing

  1. Crystal Heart: Increases attack damage by 50% but reduces armor by 100 and magic resistance by 25% for 30 seconds.
  2. Greater Crystal Heart: Same, but lasts 60 seconds and is recast on a killmove (stacking with itself).
  3. Time Freeze: Freezes and knocks up nearby enemies, then stops time. You then zoom into first person mode and cannot move while shooting small sonic waves dealing 5 damage at a rapid rate. Hitting a knocked up enemy with 5 waves primes them for a combo. When time returns to normal, all primed enemies shatter and take 40 damage times the number of primed enemies. The duration of the time stop depends on the number of enemies around, making this far more effective against crowds.

Shor's Wrath
Hero-Hand-Defeat (1/day)

  1. Purge: Damage and eject non-Nords. Keeps track of longest throw distance.
  2. Tempest: For 15 seconds, all shouts you cast have a cooldown of 5 seconds.
  3. Avatar: "Sing Shor's ghost into the world".

Magnetic Pull
Earth-Seek-Hunt

  1. Attractor: Creates a floating magnet above a single target, causing the target to ragdoll and fly around the magnet in circles, taking 2 magic damage per second for 15 seconds.
  2. Vortex: Target is yanked to you and whirls around your head, taking 5 magic damage per second for 10 seconds.
  3. Dark Attractor: Same as Attractor, except bigger and you spit a barrage of pew-pew bolts that deal true damage when they hit the suspended target; each consecutive bolt that hits the target deals more damage than the last. It's hard to hit the target orbiting around the gravity well but it's ~400 damage at 4 hits for starters and you get a reward if you score 8 hits during 15 seconds.

Dance of the Dead
Animal-Tear-Zombie

  1. Carnage: Places a curse on a target, causing them to take gradually increasing damage from each power attack.
  2. The Jugglenaut: Throws a target in the air. Melee attacks against the airborne target before it hits the ground deal massive bonus damage and knock the target into the air again. Repeat until the target actually hits the ground. It's like playing tennis with your axe.
  3. Spirit Dance: A ghostly skull appears and drums play, while circles and arrows appear on the ground nearby. Stand on a circle facing the arrow tip to unleash a 40 damage earthquake and trigger the next arrow. Repeat for up to 60 seconds.

Stayed up all night for this. Going to bed soon. v_v

I'm updating a few older shouts as well.

Example:

Curse

This used to be both relatively weak and mindless, and at the same time cheesemode against zerg type attackers. No more! This is what changed:

Before:

50% damage reflect, 30 seconds, 60 second cd

100% damage reflect, 60 seconds, 75 second cd

100% mana reflect, 60 seconds, 90 second cd

After

300% damage reflect, 5 seconds, 20 seconds cd

300% mana reflect, 5 seconds, 50 seconds cd

500% damage reflect, 5 seconds, 60 seconds cd

Also, the empowered effect reduces your shout cooldown by 20 seconds when the 3 word version kills an enemy.

This shout combos with itself. Cast it on at least 3 targets with low hp. The reflected damage kills them and you get your cooldown back. Repeat. This is very useful when dealing with anti-dragonborn death squads, which come in large groups.

Whoops, I leaked something.

We have something new.

Speak Unto The Stars

Time-Allegiance-Pack

1. Starfire: It's just a shout that deals damage, but...

2. Starborne Flight: You're a helicopter gunner, at least for 10 seconds.

3. Stellar Extinction: A total of 80 stars appear in the sky. Look at them to blow them up (stars near each other set off a chain reaction). For each star you blow up in 30 seconds, your next Starfire deals 5 bonus damage.

You'll be able to gain rewards by performing certain skill based actions. For instance:

  • Magnetic Pull 3: shoot the whirling enemy 5 times with the plasma bolts before it wears off.
  • Speak Unto The Stars 3: explode 60 out of 80 stars.
  • Iceborn 3: shatter 6 enemies.
  • Dance With The Dead 2: catch the falling enemy on your weapon, knocking him up again, then successfully catch him a second time.
  • Dance With The Dead 3: hit 30 notes in 60 seconds.
  • ...
  • Bringing Home Kyne quest: get from the foot of the Throat to the doors of HH in 25 seconds less than the required 3 minutes.

This might or might not result in ingame bonuses or hats robes.

Some of the newly implemented shouts are more for warriors then for mages... however... I will be sure to unlock all of them and get every possible bonus... just for show. ;)

Ohhh... I actually hope that the anti-dragonborn squads will be strong and numerous... love a good fight. ;)

Btw. Does those achievement rewards mean that none of the shout related items will be buyable?
