Or, maybe you have a mod that overwrites they companion AI package. I thought being stuck reset itself every so often? They seem to get stuck way more often than they did before. I have many mods, including new companions and something to allow more than one, but nothing to change their behaviour apart from one to make them use stimpaks themselves.
