Can't open Vortex

So I just downloaded Vortex of the Nexus site onto my Mac. I tried to open the .exe when finished but that just opened files that were titled in Chinese. The video seemed to make it appear as if the app would just open when clicked. Did I miss a step?

I will let someone with a Mac respond, but unless you are in China - I would be really careful with files labeled in Chinese.

Make sure you are actually downloading from the official Nexusmods site:

For Windows at least, we download the Installer package for Vortex. Vortex does not actually run until it is installed.

I have never seen A Chinese localization option - but I have not looked.

there is no mac version of vortex.

i dont know what you downloaded, but it aint vortex.
