Need console command to leave vertibird

Sometimes you can get stuck in a vertibird. The usual key does not work. Surely there is a console command to leave it?

Open the console, click on the Vertibird and move the player to it. Like: Player.Moveto FF000000 (Vertibird RefIDs usually start with FF).

I believe it's "geronimo". Make sure you aren't up too high when you use it :)

Whenever you get stuck, and it can happen in pipboy too, just use the move command. Example:

 

coc sanctuaryext

 

That will take you to Sanctuary.

Thanks, I'll note all this down. I was using player.moveto player, which has got me out of a stuck chem lab menu, but it had no effect in the vertibird. I also tried deleting the vertibird (clicking on it then disable in console), but that made me still have the vertibird's gun on me, and unable to move, only fire and turn. As did coc (where I wanted to be), so I assume moving to sanctuary would be just as bad.

Damn, I thought that's something the programmers might have done for a laugh. But there must be a command to do it. Probably the same one as to leave power armour? I'm sure there's one for that as I've read of people using it on NPCs who steal it.
