CTDs at specific locations

So I'm getting ctds at three spots that I know of so far:

-Farm area near Whiterun

-On the road South of Riverwood

-Right outside Windhelms gates

I'm trying my best to find out why I'm getting ctds like this, but any help would be much appreciated. I'll attach a .txt file with my load order ala Wrye Bash.

Ok, so I've tried multiple methods of narrowing down the conflict, but I just can't seem to figure it out. I've tried disabling mods that edit the world spaces I mentioned, and even mods completely unrelated to those world spaces all to no avail. I know it has to be a plugin conflict, because when I only load Alternate Start, my custom race, and the unofficial patches, everything works.

I've also attached my BOSS log if anyone needs it to help me.

So, after trying even MORE stuff, I decided to enable the papyrus log. Here's what I constantly get before it crashes:

[07/12/2013 - 06:42:10PM] warning: Property ActorTypeDwarven on script nAddonStatsScript attached to Active effect 1 on (000EBC51) cannot be initialized because the script no longer contains that property
[07/12/2013 - 06:42:10PM] warning: Property ActorTypeDwarven on script nAddonStatsScript attached to Active effect 1 on (000DC8E0) cannot be initialized because the script no longer contains that property
[07/12/2013 - 06:42:13PM] warning: Property ActorTypeDwarven on script nAddonStatsScript attached to Active effect 1 on (000847DD) cannot be initialized because the script no longer contains that property

I'm assuming that this is what's causing the crash. Any suggestions?

The areas you mention are typical spots for location-related crashes, if you are going to have them.

Looking at your list of mods, you have a bunch that spawn new creatures etc, as well as ones that add scripts, increase texture/fx loads, etc.

So my guess is that you are simply overloading the game engine, or your own computer's resources.

Are you using more than 5 ugrids? That could also do it.

The solution would be to reduce some of the load, though what you pick is probably just a matter or your own preferences.

You could try using lower-resolution version of texture mods and/or a texture optimizer like SMCO.

You could try removing some of the mods that spawn things or choose versions that introduce fewer of them. (Make sure to remove things exactly as directed by the mod author, that will reduce the chance of orphaned scripts, but it won't guarantee problem-free removal.)

You could return to 5 ugrids (if you are not there already), try lowering your graphics and distance sliders, etc.

Anyway, those are my suggestions. Good luck!

The thing is, these crashes are happening from a spanking new game. Like, I start a new game, go to said area, and it crashes. I doubt it has anything to do with my computer's resources, because I ran a performance monitor alongside Skyrim and the only thing I'm really pushing is VRAM. I will try setting ugridstoload back down to 5 and see if that helps though.

EDIT: It almost helped. Going back down to 5 from 7 only delayed the crash. I'm very certain the problem has something to do with that error that keeps spamming my papyrus log. Does anyone know what the error means?
