Sheogorath has no voice

To make it short, In my Oblivion game, Sheogorath have no voice; his mouth doesn't move, but hell some some facial expressions though while the text goes one. So, I am trying to troubleshoot it, but I am at loss. Here's a list of my mods;

What do you use to set your load order?

Did you install a bunch of mods before the problem appeared?

 

At worst disable a bunch of mods and check if the problems remains etc.

If you want to keep all your mods, try using BOSS to sort the load order!

I use the same as Skyrim for load order; Loot.

I'll try BOSS and see if anything changes.

I ended up finding the culprit, which is this mod; https://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/38160?tab=description

It basically takes Sheogorat's beard and creates a custom Breton race with Sheogorath beard. I used it other times in the past and I have no idea why it would removes uncle Sheo's voice, but the mod was causing this!

You can use TES4Edit to check if the mod alters Sheogorath's race and cancel this change.

Did you report the bug at that site? I do think this is a serious bug really.
