Fallout 4 getting a Special Edition also? Skyrim is getting its second one.

The main thing about skyrim special edition is that it was 64 bit and not 32 bit like the original skyrim.

Fallout 4 is already 64 bit.

So I don't see a reason for it ...

(Of course, it wouldn't surprise me if they made even more "re-releases of older games", it is way easier to remake something then to come up with something new ...)

Also, what is the source of that "skyrim is getting a second special edition"?

If you google it there are a bunch of articles. It's the "Legendary Edition", and basically just SE with some CC stuff rolled in. Nothing new or exciting.

I though the "Legendary Edition" is the "original skyrim" with all the DLCs?

Also, I don't like to google things like that because all of the clickbait videos and articles about topics like that ...

(And because I just don give a sh.... about things like that)

I really think they should focus on making actual new games instead of just copy&pasting the old games over and over again ...

You're right. It's not the Legendary Edition, it's the Anniversary Edition. My bad.

None of the articles I've found say whether it is based on the 32-bit version or on the 64-bit, SE version. There's just this:

Bethesda senior community lead Jessica Finster confirmed at Quakecon 2021 that gamers who own the Special Edition can "upgrade to the Anniversary Edition for the additional content".

That sounds like SE is the base.

Looks like Skyrim is getting the new edition improvements, plus 3 existing CC DLC, and like a massive amount of new content.

Even if Fallout 4 doesnt get a new edition chances are there is also a massive amount of new content coming.

One of the Youtubers thats good at Fallout 4 and Skyrim sort of hinted the new DLC's could be fair sized. Maybe even like full sized DLC?

Just because somebody is good at something does not make them a "reputable source" for information.

I personally only trust official sources, so the developers (and even they are sketchy, because we all know how much God Howard likes to tell sweet little lies ...).

Fallout 4 is broken, beyond all repair of Bugthesda.

Whatever DLC they want to add is going to collide with people who have been modding out the core game they will build that DLC upon for the last 5 years.

Their last effort was Horse PA, and trying to make you pay for it......

Before that? Some conveyor belts, some robots (and an extremely annoying Mechanist tape that wouldn't shut up), a completely broken Hi-Res Texture pack nobody in their right mind to this day uses, etc.

I'm not sure the modding community even has the stomach to fix the next iteration they want to slap on top of Fallout 4.

Ok but cant wait to find out what the new Fallout 4 DLC will be, and also what the new Skyrim DLC will be.

Is there an official statement that claims there will be a new DLC?

If not: What are you even talking about?

Clickbait youtubers will claim lots of stuff as long as they get views ...
