Beer/alcohol addiction resistance perk?

Hello modders, I've started working with F:NV GECK for about 5 days ago and currently I'm working on my first goofy addon: armor which sets perk which gives you 0% chance of getting addicted to alcohol.

 

This might be a dump question, but I can't figure out how to actually make perk which lower chance of getting "WithdrawalAlcohol" effect to 0.

For now, I've made armor with "Object Effect" which modifies SPECIAL a bit and made Script which enables my blank perk once Armor is put on.

And here I stuck...I've tired to look up on how "WhiskeyRose" perk works, but inside PERK I found nothing, so I guess it serves as dummy for script some sort of, I dunno.

Anybody can give me advice where I should look to or what should I do to make this perk possible?

 

P.S.

I guess I could probably workaround without making perk, just to set script inside Object Effect but still, I have no idea how should I perform this.

What's wrong with party boy/party girl perk? You are such a Party Boy/Girl that you no longer suffer the withdrawal effect from alcohol addiction.

 

You can add this perk to an item, so wearer would get the perk when it's on, and remove the perk when it's off

What's wrong with party boy/party girl perk? You are such a Party Boy/Girl that you no longer suffer the withdrawal effect from alcohol addiction.

Well thats no fun for people who want to create perks ... but I guess it is a good example for how to do it : )

You could emulate an existing item to learn how it work

Like Naughty nightwear, with its effect of Naughty Nightspeech that is on when you wear it, and off when not.
