I have this error and it tells me that there will be the logs in the folder but I don't know what I have to do there, the truth is, it also tells me that it may be an external application, I would not know which one since I have nothing else besides that I already restarted my computer and says the same

this normally happens if you have the game open while trying to modify a mod.

while you say you don't have anything open - vortex thinks you do and its telling you that. once you make sure you don't have anything open that is touching mod files, just redeploy and vortex will try again.

I already verified that I did not have the game open or something that did and I keep getting the error and also I turned off my PC and also restarted it and it continues to appear

If you have Windows Defender, turn off "Controlled Folder Access"

Then you have some other AntiVirus program that keeps locking those files on you

i'm sure you did verify everything - i'm just telling you why you're getting that message.

something has the files that vortex wants to alter. whatever that is - you need to find out. once you find that out you can resolve the issue. until you find that out, the issue won't go away.

something on your system is not playing nice. its going to be difficult for anyone to give you a clear answer as we're not sat in front of your system.
