Creation kit multiple masters file fix not working anymore, help!

For some reason, the fix to creation kit is no longer working or me. I have no idea why. I have validated the CK. But I cannot load anything that is not strictly skyrim. If it has anything from the DLCs then I get the multiple master error which was fixed. Anyone have any ideas how to fix this? The skyrim editor file is the same as when it did work. It seems I'm not the only one having this issues. I've seen a few posts about it elsewhere.

If you validated the CK you have to redo the INI edits or put the edits into a SkyrimEditorCustom.ini file (you have to create it). Note that SkyrimEditorCustom.ini does not get reset whenever you verify or get a patch update for the CK.
