SoM3 Posted July 28, 2013 Share Posted July 28, 2013 So right now i'm on my grandad computer with windows 8 with intention of playing New Vegas DLC's. Keep in mind that it's really old PC, with Geforce 8600 GT and AMD 64 X2 2,61 ghz. Im experiencing very weird problem - the game itself seems to run fine, but when the game starts, the main menu music stutters A LOT, it also playied slighlty faster I guess, the same goes with all-in game music - The combat the music stutters, the radio music is playied 2x faster and it's barely hearable cuz of the stutter. Inazuma22 Posted July 29, 2013 Share Posted July 29, 2013 Well. this is my guess. 8600GT is a very old gfx card and back then it was low end and you have a dual core cpu which in some games causes alot of bugs. For example in bf3 dual core cpus dont load some of the npcs. My only tip would be is to find any chipset updates for your motherboard and update them some times that helps.
