We've all been in the position of having to redownload mods after losing a hard drive or corrupted files and such, so i'm proposing here that the nexus website devs implement an option to create Mod Packs, So we don't have to go through the tedious chore of indevidually downloading mods and checking that they are compatible. This would also allow people to show off their own personal tastes. I am aware that some mods have additional options and stuff when they are downloaded but that can be sorted by queing them up until the preceeding mods are successfully installed. just a suggestion, i don't know if this subject has been raised and i am totally opened to input from other users!

You're quite late to the party. Over the past year or so mod packs have been discussed ad nauseam in various Nexus Mods forums. Do a bit more forum searching and you will find out what the Nexus Mods site plans to do in this regard. Pay special attention to the site news articles.

Mod packs can be problematical because people all too often just slap a bunch of mods together with no consideration for the various authors' permissions and call it done. The link GhastlyGamer13 gave you is where Nexus plans to go regarding its mod manager, Vortex, and collections.
