Vortex no longer using Profiles

So I regularly use multiple profiles in Vortex for Mod Testing.

Recently I noticed that my saves would disappear from the Vortex interface.

Troubleshooting I would check and Vortex was automatically changing to the default profile and loosing my saves.

I would have to copy them to the Default save location for Vortex to find them again. Then mid-way through a game Vortex would change back to the proper save location.

 

Tonight I created a new profile for the purpose of trying a new quest mod with a new character.

I created the new profile and from the profile drop-down menu I opened the save folder which was empty (expected).

Started new game and immediately saw the 'Continue' option was available AND my old saves / character was showing.

I started a game and did multiple saves, all of which saved under the previous profiles folder.

The new folder created for the new profile - still empty?

SETTINGS----->VORTEX---->Multi User Mode, are you set to Shared or Per-User?

Also, with each profile, did you turn ON SAVE GAMES so each Profile has it's own Save Game folder?
