The post above I made is the texture issues I'm currently facing

I currently don't know how to extract my plugins list but all my mods work and play nicely

Specs

i7 intell CPU 9th gen

Nvidia RTX 2070 8gig vram

16 gigs of ram

500 gig SSD

anyone know how to fix this?

I get this same effect, and have posted this issue recently.

The only responses have been video card issue, or broken previs / precombines. If you use any mods that affect settlement cleanup such as Scrap Everything, or mods that drastically change cells...they could be the culprit.

I will be testing this shortly, I just have to install F4 in another location, which will be easier than disabling all my mods, and going through the .ini files to verify them as vanilla.

As far as the video card, you have Nvidia, whereas I have AMD, both being relatively new...doesn't mean they are not failing though, but the odds are probably higher than the previs / precombine issue.

Maybe, I currently have 245 "active" with 24 "light" at the moment, though, I have read of many people running much more than that without them running into this. at least from what they are stating lol.

Personally I'm planning on marking all that are possible as 'light", when I start a new playthrough, which should drastically reduce the "active" count.

As for having more mods than the game can handle, if you read it on the internet, it must be true.
