Werewolf 'Armor' being unquipped constantly. Causes invisible model.

Hello! Alright so, let me just jump right in and try to keep it coherent.

 

As of right now I am plagued by an issue where my character model will constantly go 'invisible' when I transform into a werewolf. Each time it happens, and it happens everytime, I hear a 'equip' and 'unequip' sound as if something is being removed and replaced. I downloaded a mod which allows me to access my inventory during werewolf form and that is indeed what is happening, my "MTSE P016" is being equipped constantly (this is the ID for my werewolf form/item via Moonlight Tales). I have another in my inventory which renders me as a default vanilla werewolf, but that one is also being unequipped if I attempt to replace it. Lastly, the only thing that appears when this happens is " has been equipped" and as such I have no idea what it even is. Nothing appears in my inventory that is selectable, nothing appears under my magic and debuffs/buffs, nothing.

 

I have scoured my MCM menu of mods and made to disable/change anything and everything that could be forcing equipment changes, but it hasn't fixed anything.

 

At this point I am completely confused and would appreciate any sort of help in the matter. Also, I have never really posted to forums, much less asking for help like this, so if there is any additional information that would help and I need to provide just let me know and I'll try my best.
