I'm currently using Brave and I've even tried disabling all shields but with no luck. I've never experienced this type of error before and I used online payment for everything from Netflix to Youtube premium. Is there anything I can do other than use Paypal? I would prefer to not use Paypal. Edit: I also tried using Edge, that also fails. You don't have to use PayPal, it's one of the options but you can also simply use a debit/credit card. When the payment fails, is there an error message? Could you please provide it? I would love to support the team at Nexus buy what's the deal with payment stuff not working for so long? I really am tired of ads and slower downloads. showler Posted October 28, 2021 Share Posted October 28, 2021 They switched to an entirely new payment processor in late July, so I doubt it's the same issue. Also, it feels like in the vast majority of cases it is a browser extension or "security" program on the users computer that is causing the issue. Not something Nexus can fix. Hello, thank you for your reply. Sorry for the late response, I was kinda busy playing Satisfactory. The error message I get is : Your payment has failed. Not something Nexus can fix. I have tried to use several browsers (Brave Chrome, Firefox, Edge) but it always fails. Pickysaurus Posted November 15, 2021 Share Posted November 15, 2021 That error means there was some kind of communication problem between your bank and BrainTree (our payment processor).
