LHammonds
It appears comments on FO3Nexus do not work for new or old uploads You briefly get the following error message before being redirected to an odd page. Not Found The requested URL /modules/comments/do_comment.php was not found on this server. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.Apache/2.2.10 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.2.10 OpenSSL/0.9.8e-fips-rhel5 mod_bwlimited/1.4 PHP/5.2.5 Server at www.fallout3nexus.com Port 80 A temporary work-around I have found is to go to the forum topic of the upload and add a new reply there...which will show in the mod comments tab. On TESNexus, if you create a new upload (and allow comments), the page is created and the comments tab shows up but when you try to add a comment, you are given this erroneous message:Commenting for this particular article has been disabled You can add comments to existing / old mods on TESNexus. The system might be working perfectly and only requires the "add comment" and "upload file" code to be updated now that the forums are on a different server. buddah
There are also some instances of cross posting from one topic to another....in the reports section.
Dark0ne
I believe both issues have now been rectified. The second issue has a few reprecussions, namely any new file entry added since yesterday up until now won't have a forum thread, and ergo commenting won't work. New threads were being created on the local forum database rather than on the main forum database due to a missing boolean flag in my code. This problem hasn't affected FO3Nexus as it was already setup to use the main forum database. The only solution to this is for people who created a new entry in the past 24 hours to delete their file and reupload it. Annoying, but unfortunately necessary!
