We need an option to block people on the mod pages

Right now even if we block someone, they only get blocked on the forum. There's absolutely no way to block people on the mod pages unless they are an author.

 

This isn't the first time a block function is being requested (there were others before me), and it won't be the last. Users should be able to block other users on the mod pages.

Like, in the comments thread for a mod? Aren't those basically modified forum threads anyway? If so, it seems like they would just need to make the modified version on the mod page respect the blocks that are already in place in the forum.
