smellytoes
Try IObit's IObit Uninstaller 2. It's a better uninstaller than the default windows. See if that works. Edit: Forgot to paste the link x) IObit Uninstaller 2 http://www.iobit.com/advanceduninstaller.php -smelly :teehee: Edited August 27, 2013 by smellytoes

smellytoes
Okay so if you insert the Fallout 3 DVDROM try to uninstall or reinstall it instantly crashes? Have you tried doing a earlier restore point? That should restore the deleted files.
M48A5
Did you install IObit into a location other than program files? Have you tried to repair Fallout 3 through your control panel using Programs and Features? Do you have any utilities that will uninstall orphaned files, such as System Mechanic? geoflo
Hi, your registry still thinks your game is installed because the registry handlers are still active. In the RUN box on your desktop , type REGEDIT. Open HKey_Local_Machine. Look for "Bethesda Softworks" Right click on that and delete it. Then close Regedit. This gets rid of the install path and you will be able to install afresh. Cheers. camycamera
go to the control panel, go to uninstall a program and uninstall it. if that doesn't work, have you tried installing Fallout 3 in a different file location than the default one?
