Some mods not loading in game

I've been using Vortex for awhile now and never had a problem like this. I'm playing SSE and some of the mods are not showing up in game. For instance, none of my audio mods are working. I've got them deploying properly (dedicated file path outside of the Vortex folder on the same SSD as the game) and my Skyrim.ini is telling me that some master files can't be found and to refer to a 'warning.txt' document which... I never knew existed and can't seem to find. However, in my Plugins section in Vortex there are no warnings. I'm not sure what to do... I'm playing the game now but am worried that it'll glitch out at some point. Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks... I did check the 'warnings.txt' after hours of looking on my PC (Google should probably be my first step). I had been trying to troubleshoot a few issues I was having before I realized that some mods were not loading so... I also did a clean install (wiped out my SSE drive, Documents/My Games SSE, local files/SSE) and also deleted all mods from Vortex, re-downloaded and re-installed everything. I actually thought it was working until I downloaded my audio mods which unfortunately was the last thing I did. When the audio didn't reflect the installed mods, I realized everything was screwy again. I've also checked to make sure my SSD isn't corrupted and it checks out as fine as well. Oh... and I am now loading SKSE as an administrator.

I did try coc.qasmoke after reading your comment but was not sure what to do in there.

This has got me really baffled. I haven't had any luck finding info on this sort of issue anywhere... it just seems incredibly random. I suppose as a last resort, I could format my disk but... I really want to leave that as a last resort. However, it seems pointless to have an unplayable game so if I have to do that, I suppose I will. If there are any other measures I can take first though, I'd like to exhaust every possibility before I do a total teardown.

According to SSEEdit (to the best of my understanding), they're all there and all 'winning' conflict resolution, except where they're supposed to be overwritten. I can't check my Main Menu replacer because it doesn't have an ESP. I've tried re-downloading and installing just in case but nothing changed. I did check the Vortex Diagnostic Files (I never knew this existed) and it's reading errors but I'm not sure what they mean. I'll copy and paste the log... maybe they have something to do with this?

So here's the log from Vortex:

Ahh... well my trip into QASmoke seemed to work okay. I'm not sure how I can determine if this is a mod problem or a save game problem though. The game seems stable enough... it's just not loading certain mods. Of course, it may be early to say it's stable as I've only gone through the first 30 minutes of game play (repeatedly) to test things out.

all this talk of formatting hard disks and wiping out your game is utter, utter madness. really - don't do any of that. its unnecessary.

how many plugins are active on your game?

Yeah, I was really dreading the formatting thing. I've got 327 plugins (157 active and 169 light). My latest bit of testing, I've also noticed that the AI for some NPCs is wonky. Like... the Wheel of Time mod (which is awesome...), Avhienda appeared on the bridge outside of Riverwood as she's supposed to and her dialogue showed up properly but she was unresponsive. I went into the tavern and waited 24 hours in game hoping to go back and talk to her but she had disappeared completely. I also want to mention that when I initially had these issues, I hadn't cleaned the master game files... and when I wiped and re-downloaded everything I did clean them but the result was the same. Not sure if that matters...
