buddah
Search by uploader would be a nice feature too. There's a few people I keep an eye on and the tracking system on here isn't very clean, or maybe set up an alert system so you can favorite an uploader and it'll alert you when they've posted something new or updated something you've downloaded. This feature already exists in the advanced search options to search by uploader. You can also track files or members in the tracking center. Meant more along the lines of searching by user in the category box, which would make it a little bit faster to search by user, and set up a message style alert for the alerts, like the one that shows we got new messages. So it'll show under the new messages or somewhere convenient, something like "1 new tracked user upload!" or something like that. StannieDum
There appears to be a problem with downloads/uploads in general. Since last evening, I have attempted to upload a file several times, but when downloaded it is only 0kb file size. There are a few comments starting to appear on various files regarding this problem. Any advice?
Dark0ne
I need more information. Is this on TESNexus or FO3Nexus? What files? Where are the comments?
StannieDum
Hi, Dark0ne. Sorry about the lack of info. It's TESNexus (I haven't tried Fallout3Nexus). The following recent files have had comments made under the 'Comments' tabs: R18PN 02 - Lingerie Set for HGECDark Woods Weapons and Armor 05Lycanthrope 2 (My new mod, but I've removed it for the present) I received a PM drawing my attention to the problem and have checked out a couple of downloads myself to confirm. There may be more files affected, but I haven't checked. Stannie
StannieDum
Does anybody have any suggestions on this? It's quite frustrating as members are still commenting that the downloads are 0 bytes in size.
buddah
Downloading R18PN 02 - Lingerie Set for HGEC from the seattle server at present, let you know how it ends up. Then will check Dark Woods Weapons and Armor as soon as this one finishes. Edit at 02:18pm...first one downloaded with no problems, a little slow but that is expected with over 900 users on the server. Downloading Dark Woods now....seems to be ok. Edit 02:30pm, downloaded without a problem. Buddah
StannieDum
Thanks, buddah. Yes they seem to be okay at the moment. Seattle down to 450 users, so it's made all the difference. I guess we're going to have to get used to this as we're down to 1 public server only! Stannie
