Shadeybladey
I accidentally just made one of my mods require Dawnguard when it doesn't. There is nothing in the mod that actually requires Dawnguard, so is there any way to revert it back to just needing Skyrim.esm and Update.esm? I had a look in TES5Edit, but if I delete the Dawnguard entry from the header, it will not load in the CK as there is now an Unknown Master. Cheers! Deleted2547005User
RIght click the master file in TES5EDIT, then select Clean Masters. If it doesn't remove Dawnguard from your file, then something in your file is referencing the DLC. You can also deleted the Master from the header of your file, as you did, but instead of deleting the entry, delete the subrecord by right clicking the Master File line just above the Dawnguard DLC line and select remove. Shadeybladey
Yes, thanks very much. CTRL+DEL on the list of required Masters on the right - much safer than messing with TES5Edit when I don't know what I am doing! Cheers!
