Missing plugin files

Im using Vortex for Skyrim SE and im missing several plugins despite the fact that I have installed the mods.

Vortex suggests that I delpoy manually if I am missing files but i am unaware of how I could manually deploy the mods.

Could someone please explain how to manually deploy mods or why my plugins are missing?

On the Mod page, click the big Deploy button.

 

Mod states:

Not installed - Install it.

Disabled - Enable it.

 

To show up in game, a mod must be both Enabled and Deployed.

I'm aware of the deploy button. My mods are both enabled and installed but only a few of them are visible in the plugin page.

Texture mods and anything without an ESP will not show up on plugins. They don't have a plugin...

 

And note: Installed is not the same as Deployed. If you mean your mods are Deployed - say Deployed.

Do any of your mods have a FOMOD that selects required plugins automatically? Do they require add-on files to get the missing plugins. Have you confirmed that the plugins exist in the archive files in order to be copied to the staging folder?

I think it has to do with the fact that some mods don't have ESP files. Thank you for the help
