How long should I expect Vortex' Loot to take in sorting plugins?

I have Active: 104 Light: 335

 

I keep launching my game and getting the dialogue that plugins are missing, this is difficult for me to get used to as it never used to happen.

depends on many variables;

the mods, the performance of your system, the performance of the disk......the number of mods is one variable, but its impossible to give an accurate answer.

if plugins are missing, can you verify they are in your game folder? if they're not - have you removed them, either with vortex or outside of it? have you converted them from esp to esl? has that somehow caused the game to think that they're no longer installed?
