RyanBurnsRed
I've been using Marriable Serana for months now, and have saved over it many times. I do have a save before I married her, however this save is 3 months old.I'm guessing this mod is conflicting with Ultimate Follower Overhaul because when I talk to Serana, I don't get the 'You know...' dialog, and when I try to quick save, the game CTD. However I have a dog from the Dawnguard with me as a follower as well, and I get that dialog. So it HAS to be Marriable Serana. Will UFO allow me to stay married to her if I uninstall the mod, or would I have to do it all over again? Does it even allow me to marry her in the first place? Thanks in advanced for the answers. Hyacathusarullistad
Do you have Hearthfire installed? And do you use BOSS? If so, my thought would be to check where the Marriable Serana HF.esp plugin is loaded. The BOSS masterlist recognises the original plugin, but currently not the HF one. Try moving Marriable Serana HF.esp to just below Marriable Serana.esp plugin.
RyanBurnsRed
Yes I have Hearthfire installed, and yes I use BOSS (sometimes anyway). Currently Marriable Serana HF.esp is right below the original. It always has been :O Edited October 22, 2013 by RyanBurnsRed
RyanBurnsRed
(Decided to double post to bump) I uninstalled Marriable Serana and only installed UFO. The "You know..." dialog still didn't show up, unfortunately. I think I will have to look for a different follower mod that has the option I'd like. Edit: Found another mod that does what I want and more. ^^ Edited October 22, 2013 by RyanBurnsRed

C0drm0nk33
It's UFO, Serana is different that other followers in the game and the mod has not attempted to include her as it would cause issues due to the dawnguard quest chain if someone was to use UFO commands with her during it. This is also one of the reasons I implemented the Marriable Serana Mod to work after the Main part of the Dawnguard quest chain was completed, using the Beyond Death Post quest as the trigger event for the dialogue to appear. BlackRampage
Try the Dawnguard Serana patch found under the miscellaneous section here: http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/37990/?
Sigurd44
Serana has a unique follower script that changes and grows according the Dawnguard main quest line. The first time I played Skyrim I used UFO too and UFO is the most complex, but therefore the most unstable follower mod, when it comes to such special NPCs as Serana. The second time I used EFF, the most basic, but therefore most stable follower mod. The EFF modder did it right, he left Serana out, completely. I recommend to use mods that change Serana's behaviour AFTER finishing the main quest line. After completing the Dawnguard main quest line, you may use http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/18045/? for example to set another player home as residence for Serana (because EFF does not involve Serana and therefore the EFF residence option will not work for her). The mod author in fact recommends to use it AFTER finishing the main quest line. I guess it's a wise idea to do the same concerning the marriage mod. Conclusion: Serana is very special :-)
