ihatecapsclosk19
That is like taking my money and running, and shouldn't be allowed. I wasn't aware I could not create a second name, I wanted to see the differences in speed between a normal account and premium. yes I was happy with my speeds. Then you go out of no where and ban my main name and my alternate without even warning me? I have been part of this site since the beginning, or it's infancy. I of course created another one to make this post now. If oyu are going to do this to people who PAY for premium, then you should at least give them ONE warning. I never had ANY infractions since me joining this site years ago. No flaming warnings, nothing of the sort. This is why people are get annoyed at your site, you can't just BAN out of no where without warning. At least give me my primary name back, and keep the second one closed, I wouldn't of cared about that. You basically stole my money. NIce of you. LadyMilla
Yes, we can ban you. Not reading the Terms of Service that you accepted when you signed up for an account on Nexus is entirely your fault. You cannot buy immunity from the rules by paying for a premium membership.Your case will be referred to the site owner. Dark0ne
Any Premium members who are banned can ask for a refund, and provided it's not something silly like a day before it's about to expire, I'll action the refund even if it's past our 15 day refund time and even if it's past Pay Pal's 60 day refund time. Send in a ticket using the Contact Us link at the bottom of the page and I'll get on it.
