I think that the only thing people have not asked for is to be able to parry with the same weapon you attack with, and it's the only thing I fancy that wasn't yet implemented in Morrowind by all those great modders.

You mean something like this?

No longer is simply clicking over and over and hoping that a random die falls in your favor a viable strategy. Now your enemy’s sword is something to be avoided, so you move. You dart in and out, getting in your swings while dodging out of his reach. You block with your shield or parry with your sword, then dash in as he recoils. Hit him with a strong enough blow, and watch as he staggers back, leaving himself open to your assault.

1) What do you mean "Stackable Clothing."

2) "To run to live Peacefully and still have fun" Try Morrowind

3) Light and Medium armors are essential to assasins and warriors that don't like holding a lot of wieght and have the ability to move around fast.

And one more thing just a thought...

Have a backpack or something like that on the characters back and give him/her the ability to buy new larger packs but still have the weight limit.

...just a thought

And one more thing the ability to make your own armor out of glass or ebony, netch leather and so on. Not like the way Bloodmoon has it, like using your own prongs and armorer hammers.

There're too many things to list.

Things Already Announced:

-Great graphics

-New combat engine

-Radiant AI

-More involving story

-Rideable mounts

-CS

Unnanounced [but hopefully there]:

-Dynamic clothing [iE flowing capes, clothes bend, fold, and move]

-Some crafting, but I see no need to be able to make a living doing it

-"Stackable" clothing [AKA you can wear layers of clothing, ie wear armour over clothing]

-Smoother transitions between land/environment types

-Mannequins/Training dummies

-More interesting side-quests

I'll think of more.

1. Stackable clothing has been explained by Slaiv.

2. I don't think Morrowind really delivered there, it was alright but it could've been much better

3. The weight advantage wasn't good enough on the light and medium armors to nearly make up for the massive loss in AR.

Another thought, perhaps oblivion would have a character creation system that allows you to change nose size, skin color, eye color, etc. like they're doing in the Tiger Woods games and like they did in Star Wars Galaxies instead of just making you choose from a list of face styles and a list of hairstyles. It's a lot to ask and I really doubt it will be in there unless they've already been secretly planning it for a while but it would be a great addition.
