Consistent FNV hang

FNV consistently gets a hung window and freezes going northeast out of the Goodsprings Cemetery. Have to restart PC in order to fix. Also have Rudy ENB installed with the 'Performance' enblocal.ini. Only edit I've made to that is put my PC's proper VRAM value (8192) in the 'VideoMemorySizeMb' entry.

Modlist, load order, and screenshot of enblocal.ini below. Can provide PC specs if needed but my laptop is pretty beefy so I doubt there's any issue there.

Only thing that comes immediately to mind is that I have too many de-activated mods in Vortex that may be slowing the works. Originally had the 'Weapon Mesh Improvement Mod' activated alongside 'Essential Visual Enhancements', but LOOT spit out an error informing me that the two mods are incompatible, so I de-activated EVE.

Any help is appreciated.

FNV needs a bit of help to get it stable and fix the game/engine bugs and mod users need help to ensure they know about mods that are no longer recommended to use and can cause problems.

It doesn't look like you're using some of the recommended mods, and you're using some of the not recommended mods.

I recommend using the Viva New Vegas guide which will set up FNV to be stable and relatively crash-free and also suggest better alternatives to mods that can be problematic. It also has a useful 'mods to avoid' section.

Alternatively, Gopher has created a Collection which covers most of the fixes which should be more or less a one-click install if you're a premium member. However, it's not as comprehensive as VNV.

Lastly, STEP also has a FNV modding guide which covers more aspects of the game than VNV but will take considerably longer to complete.

Well shoot, if I knew the list of mods to avoid was that long I would've avoided modding the game in the first place. This is my first time playing FNV and I know how much people rave about it but damn if it isn't an eyesore. Thanks for the reply though, I'll see what I can do.
