Pickysaurus
Go to Extensions -> Gamebyro Plugin Management and enable it. If it's disabled it's usually because something on your PC interfered with Vortex during startup.

Pickysaurus
Sorry, I misspelt it, Gamebryo Plugin Management.
paulpaner
means that the gamebryo-plugin-management extension - which is what adds the plugins tab - was disabled. And Vortex doesn't disable extensions automatically, the only way this would happen is if you manually toggled the extension on the Extensions screen. And the solution is simply to enable it on that same screen and restart Vortex. The errors you get are follow-up errors from that. "gamebryo-plugin-indexlock" depends on gamebryo-plugin-management so if that is disabled, it will also fail to load. 192.168.1.1 192.168.100.
jmitchell86
I have the same issue and i would hit enable and it would show failed on other extensions related to it. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it and I still don't have the plugins tab.
Pickysaurus
Double click the extension and it will tell you why it failed to load.
jmitchell86
Double click the extension and it will tell you why it failed to load. I double clicked it and it said "Failed to load: Access is denied.\\?\C:\Program Files\Black Tree Gaming Ltd\Vortex\resources\app.asar.unpacked\bundledPlugins\gamebryo-plugin-management\node-loot.node"
Pickysaurus
That error indicates some kind of permission problem on your system, it's quite likely to be caused by your security software.
jmitchell86
So I am going through all the little rabbit holes to get this figured out and I'm trying to add an app to be approved through my security system but when I go to find it, it's not there. \C:\Program Files\Black Tree Gaming Ltd\Vortex\resources\app.asar.unpacked\bundledPlugins\gamebryo-ba2-support\ba2tk.node the ba2tk.node is not in the gamebryo-ba2-support folder EDIT, I uninstalled Vortex and reinstalled and there's still nothing in the folder to have my security suite allow. Not sure what else I can do.
