HeyYou
Try updating your video drivers first, if that doesn't help, run the repair tool on the various .net installations on your machine.
StormWolf01
that particular .dll file can actually also be accessed by multiple applications at once.Definitely go with HY's recommendation about your video drivers. For both your onboard video and possibly for your output (Monitor) drivers. Another recommendation is try this after a fresh reboot. Go into your device manager (CTRL + ALT +DEL) and shut off anything NON essential regarding gaming, or video. See if maybe that helps. If for whatever reasons, you shut down a process that causes your video to wierd out or stop functioning, shut down your machine and remember NOT to do that one, again the next time ;)
HeyYou
Actually, going thru and 'cleaning up' on your machine, and shutting down processes you will never use, really isn't a bad idea. It isn't nearly so critical these days, what with how powerful the hardware has become, but, if you are running on a machine that kinda struggles to run the game, every little bit helps, and windows 10 (and likely 11) has a LOT of crap going on the background, that I know I will NEVER make use of. (phone app? xbox game bar? etc..... and they ALL start with windows.)
