Ok so I'm in Ald'ruhn trying to use the mage's guild teleport to go to balmora and the mage says to me 'You've obviously pledged to Zenithar bla bla bla. I cannot teleport you untill you fulfill your pledge'. Does anyone know why she refuses to teleport me? I tried going to the topics on my journal and I've got nothing there about Zenithar... If you said you'd deliver his exquisite shirts, you make a pledge, and no one will offer you services in Ald'rhun until you fulfill your promise. Check in you journal to see if you have this quest. Deliver the exquisite shirts (5 of them I think) to the clothier (not sure of the name) the Argonian told you to go to. Then people will offer services again. This is the only thing I can think of.
