Can't level up anymore after installing a few mods mid-playthrough.

So I started playing New Vegas again a few weeks ago, and got a decent light mod list set up that was working fine. I found some other mods that might be cool to have and decided to install them mid-playthrough, and now I can't level up. Whenever I reach enough XP to level up, the XP just overflows into the negatives and nothing happens. I've tried uninstalling mods, and for the life of me I cannot seem to find the culprit. The mods I installed are Bobblehunt, More Perks, and More Traits. I realize mods like that probably aren't the best to install mid-playthrough, but I can start a new character and still have the same issue.

Here is my load order.

The only thing I can think of is that I haven't found and disabled the right mod during my troubleshooting, so I have no clue what it could be. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I realize mods like that probably aren't the best to install mid-playthrough, but I can start a new character and still have the same issue.

If you mean you started a totally new character (not just an early save, but a new character with the "new game" button) and the problem persisted, then it won't be caused by the mid-game installation.

I don't see anything that stands out as causing the problem. Those More Perks/More Traits mods are very old and haven't been updated in a long time, though. There are a few more recent alternatives.

I would disable those that add perks and traits and see if that fixes it, disable them and start a new game, New Vegas is very forgiving when it comes to adding and removing mods mid game but there are exceptions and I wouldn't remove anything that altered stats mid game.
