Collection does not auto-download/install despite premium user benefits

can you put the chunks of irrelevance in spoiler tags so the page can load?

While downloading a mod just now, it pauses the download, and opens the following in a browser window:

Error: Page not found

-I try a second later, and the download resumes successfully

Seems like you have a mix of network errors and I/O errors here. Unfortunately both problems are outside Vortex (either you connection or your PC's hardware).

hmm okay but seems weird said issues are isolated to vortex. and it did work successfully directly after my premium purchase for a couple of days.

the only benefit to purchasing premium, as far as i could tell, was so one could download these collections headache free. i didn't experience that. what i expect as a customer, at a minimum, is to have some suggestions on how to fix any proposed diagnosed problems.
