Does this Construction Set menu tell you the number of records edited?

I.e 368 LVLC means 368 creature records?

 

Never noticed this little sub-menu in the CS before...

On my setup it looks different. All the changes are listed in one long vertical menu split into different categories. You can actually use the Details menu to clean a mod by removing references you don't want to keep.

The leveled creature list can contain NPC's and/or creatures.

 

You should better use TES4Edit to check the number of elements added or modified by a mod.
