Attributes Not Increasing When Leveling

I uninstalled Ultimate Leveling and started a new game, but my attributes don't increase when I level up. I'm not sure what mod might be interfering, can someone take a look? Here is my mod list:

Ultimate Leveling is part of the Collection I'm using right now. When I level up I have points to put to the various attributes, but it's not automatic.

 

edit: Oh wait, you probably mean the health/magicka/stamina part. Let me investigate a bit.

 

second edit: I just noticed you said "UNinstalled", so my post is completely useless.

Yeah I uninstalled it, I clicked on the attributes (strength, Intelligence etc) and it didn't work. I reinstalled COBL, that didn't work. I verified the game and reinstalled Boss etc, still not working. hmmm. I'm out of ideas.

Disable a bunch of mods, check if teh problem remains and so on and you will find.
