Squeets
Hello, I would like to create a simple mod for myself that gives me two perk points rather than one upon leveling up... I have seen one other mod like this, but it hasn't been updated in a year and does other things as well... I also don't want SkyRe or any uncappers and the like because I JUST want the two perk points per level and nothing else... So... Can anyone tell me what I need to edit in the Creation Kit to achieve this? Thank you.
Jokerine
I know it's not exactly what you want, but what about this? It seems to be working with the latest patches, and you could just read the book after leveling up to get your extra point :)

I already experience a lot of crashes from even the slightest hiccups... I would really just like to create an esp that changes the perks per level. Jokerine
I'm not sure if it's possible to do a mod like this without having to use scripts or the SKSE - heck, I don't think it's even possible with the console, you have to give yourself the perks directly instead of points. So I'm afraid you'll have to start studying... Good luck :)
BlackRampage
One can modify the amount of perk points gained at level up with the Skyrim Community Uncappper: http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/1175/? You will, of course, need to edit the .ini file that comes with it, to customize it according to your wishes, but if you know how to edit .ini files, it's shouldn't be a problem. If you can't figure it out I'm willing to help.
Xander9009
I was going to suggest SkyTweak. It'd have the same relative effect as the book, though.
